You will diagnose the core challenges our clients face and build a commercial engine that positions Alpha Advanced as the undisputed partner for reliability and expertise. You won't just manage a pipeline; you will build a predictable, high-velocity sales machine and a brand that commands trust and premium value.

• Driving Revenue Growth : Consistently exceed sales targets for both new customer acquisition and existing account growth, directly contributing to the company's market share expansion.
• Building a Dominant Pipeline : Autonomously generate and maintain a sales pipeline that provides 4x coverage of the quarterly sales quota, ensuring predictable and sustainable revenue.
• Establishing Market Leadership : Achieve a dramatic increase in brand awareness, making Alpha Advanced the first-choice partner for heavy equipment rental solutions in our core markets.
• Optimizing Fleet Profitability : Deliver actionable insights that align sales and marketing strategies with our highest-utilization, highest-margin equipment, maximizing the return on our asset fleet.

Increase Fleet Utilization by 20% : You are responsible for driving demand that matches our fleet's capabilities, prioritizing high-margin equipment.

Achieve Revenue Growth of 35% : You own the entire commercial engine, from generating initial awareness to closing deals and expanding key accounts.

Expand into 1 New Geographic Market : You will lead the market analysis, develop the entry strategy, and build the initial client pipeline for a successful launch.
