Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Coach) preferred Experience : 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or in a Scrum Master role. Proven experience in transforming teams to Agile practices Skills : Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to influence and drive change at various organizational levels Proficient in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Mid-Senior level Full-time Other IT Services and IT Consulting
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching & Mentoring : Guide teams in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices
- Facilitation : Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Training : Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile practices for teams and stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation, enhancing team dynamics and performance
- Collaboration : Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and leadership to align on goals and expectations
- Assessment : Assess team maturity in Agile practices and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
