The Cardiac Care Nurse 2 provides direct patient care in the assigned nursing unit and is responsible for implementing nursing processes which includes but is not limited to ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, maintaining patient safety and working under moderate supervision in order to deliver efficient and effective nursing care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the assigned units nursing practices
• Participate in the development of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency
• Pursue high staff engagement
• Achieve and sustain highquality of care and patient safety
• Support the empowerment of nurses through the enculturation of the JHAH nursing Professional Practice Model

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

International Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); or actively pursuing BSN with formal academic transcript submission

Professional Certifications Required

Current licensure as a professional registered nurse; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Years of Experience

Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience including 1 year in Cardiac Care or related field.

Languages

English : Fully Proficient ; Arabic : Preferred
