is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client in Saudi Arabia for the position of

CEO . We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and enhance operational efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement strategic business plans. Oversee daily operations, including products, risk, marketing, sales, business development, human resources, and compliance. Define the company’s short- and long-term goals, culture, vision, and mission. Attract, develop, and retain talent. Ensure brand, marketing, business development, and sales initiatives align with growth objectives. Manage investor relations, including board presentations and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure proper risk, compliance, and financial management.
• Requirements & Qualifications :
• Saudi national. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. 5–7 years of experience in business functions such as finance, risk management, compliance, and startup operations. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
