Role Description

Kleen is an innovative laundry services company within Saudi Arabia.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Al Khobar. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Daily tasks include managing social media marketing, analyzing web traffic using analytics tools, creating engaging content, and overseeing online marketing strategies. The role also involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and effective communication of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web
• Create and schedule engaging content tailored to our audience across platforms (Snapchat, Instagram, X, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools to refine strategies and drive growth
• Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and traffic
• Collaborate with internal teams and local partners to support promotional campaigns and business objectives
• Produce marketing reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep LTC ahead of the curve
