The Digital Sales Executive drives business growth by generating leads, promoting services, and managing digital marketing campaigns across online platforms. This role focuses on developing digital strategies to increase brand visibility, attract customers, and convert online leads into sales for shipping and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and email campaigns) to promote import / export and logistics services.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards) to measure ROI and conversion rates.
- Develop creative marketing content and digital ads aligned with company branding.
- Collaborate with creative teams or agencies to design visuals, videos, and posts.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
Identify and pursue online leads generated through campaigns, social media, and the company website.Engage prospects via digital channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, etc.) and convert them into clients.Develop personalized digital proposals and quotations for clients.Maintain regular follow-up with potential leads through CRM tools.3. Social Media & Content Marketing
Manage the company’s social media presence and create targeted posts to attract specific industry segments (e.g., exporters, importers, project cargo clients).Promote success stories, service highlights, and client testimonials online.Monitor competitor activity and industry trends across digital channels.4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, impressions, conversions, and leads).Prepare monthly reports on digital performance and recommend improvements.Evaluate digital marketing tools and platforms for optimization.5. Collaboration & Customer Engagement
