Responsibilities :

• Ensure the smooth movement and deployment of personnel across various project sites.
• Design bus network systems and private transport systems (company buses) and assess system capacity.
• Work closely with stakeholders to optimize workforce deployment, streamline processes, and enhance project efficiency.
• Estimate transport demand related to employees and conduct hourly demand analysis.
• Conduct Park & Ride analysis.
• Perform network performance analysis, including site visits.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to assess progress and identify issues.
• Support testing and evaluation of prototypes or designs under supervision.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the engineering team and company.
