BU Description Our growing Consumer Industrial Products & Services (CIPS) practice provides management consulting services in the areas of strategy and operations, aiming to help a diverse set of clients anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. CIPS is comprised of five priority industry sectors : Retail & Consumer Products, Industrial Products – Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Construction and Real Estate, and Transportation and Logistics. Within CIPS Consulting services, you will have the opportunity to work with business leaders to solve their toughest problems and capture opportunities. We help create sustainable change by stimulating innovation, unlocking data possibilities, navigating risk and regulatory complexity, optimizing deals, and aligning costs with business strategy to create a competitive advantage.

Job Summary

PwC Real Estate / Construction Consulting focuses on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities and creating holistic transformation business cases within the industry. Our team comprises experienced professionals with an understanding of industry-specific regulations and issues distinctive to local and global environments. We service clients in the local real estate industry as part of our Global Real Estate Industry practice.

Roles & Responsibilities

Within RE&M you will lead cross-functional internal and client teams across real estate, affordable housing and constructions businesses to develop and deliver operations strategies, business transformation, digital customer and developer journeys in real estate and housing sectors, with emphasis on the implementation of business transformation, operating models, process improvements and optimization, supply-demand analysis, and more.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional responsibilities for this level include, but are not limited to :

• Developing yourself personally and staying informed about trends in different sectors to help shape client thinking and PwC’s success in the market.
• Writing and supporting winning proposals to support our clients in the ME region.
• Supporting the development of new propositions to help our clients.
• Leveraging experience across industries to bring best practices to client engagements and achieve engagement goals.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Middle Eastern offices and with international teams where appropriate.
• Keeping up to date with regional and global trends.
• Working with the CIPS team to understand market themes and shape the future for clients, with access to training and the PwC network.

Skills and Competencies

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree; ideally MBA, Six Sigma, Lean, or Certification in Supply Chain.

Years of Experience : 5 years in management consulting focusing on Construction / Real-estate. Extensive experience in managing organizational transformation / restructuring projects. In-depth understanding of strategy management, organization design, processes management and implementation, and PMO setup.

Language Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English; multilingual Arabic is preferable.
