Our growing Consumer Industrial Products & Services (CIPS) practice provides management consulting services in the areas of strategy and operations, helping clients anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. CIPS consists of five priority sectors : Retail & Consumer Products, Industrial Products – Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Construction and Real Estate, and Transportation and Logistics. PricewaterhouseCoopers Real Estate / Construction Consulting practice focuses on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities and creating holistic transformation business cases within the industry. Our multi-disciplinary real estate practice services clients in the local real estate industry as part of PwC’s Global Real Estate Industry practice. Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional internal and client teams across real estate, affordable housing and constructions to develop and deliver operations strategies, business transformation, digital customer journeys and developer journeys, with emphasis on implementing business transformation, operating models, process improvements, optimization, and supply-demand analysis. Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, applying PwC Professional skills and responsibilities. Develop proposals to support clients in the Middle East and contribute to new propositions to help clients achieve engagement goals. Collaborate with colleagues across Middle Eastern offices and international teams to deliver client work and internal initiatives. Stay up-to-date with regional and global trends and foster a high-performance team environment through mentoring and training. Additional Roles & Responsibilities / Skills & Competencies
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Proven IT skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to travel within the Middle East and worldwide as required. Exposure to data gathering techniques, analysis, and clear reporting of insights. Ability to evaluate and address clients’ challenges to maximize return on investment in human capital. Educational Qualifications & Certifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree; ideally MBA, Six Sigma, Lean, or Certification in Supply Chain. Experience : 10 years in management consulting focusing on Construction / Real Estate; extensive experience in managing transformation / restructuring projects; strong understanding of strategy management, organization design, processes management and PMO setup. Language Skills : Excellent verbal and written English; multilingual Arabic preferable. Seniority level
