Job descriptionBachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field At least 7 years of progressive experience in graphic design, including proven leadership in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated expertise in retail campaigns, catalogs, and advertising (indoor / outdoor) Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and contemporary design tools Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Exceptional communication and presentation abilities A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus
Foreground is partnering with a leading retailer in Riyadh to appoint a Senior Graphic Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of the brand. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced design leader to make a significant impact across high-visibility campaigns, catalogs, and both indoor and outdoor marketing initiatives.
Duties :
- Lead creative strategy and execution for diverse marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery
- Elevate brand presence through innovative design for print, digital, and environmental graphics
- Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to translate business goals into compelling visual stories
- Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and originality
- Stay ahead of design trends and introduce fresh ideas to keep the brand at the forefront of the retail sector
- Mentor and inspire fellow designers by sharing expertise and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
