Senior Brand Designer

About the Position To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production.

Requirements The ideal candidate will be a good listener with a marketing and creative orientated approach, with attention to visual details, the ability to meet deadlines, and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

Study design briefs

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Design original pieces

Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

Ability to express thinking in words and logo

Has a keen eye for details

Design or redesign an identity for a product, service, or organization

Create visual identities (logos, Graphic Systems, colors, fonts, etc.), packaging, campaigns, websites, applications, and much more

Developing ideas and strategies that show insight and innovation

Boundless creativity and endless curiosity

Understand the business case and client brief through research into the client and subject; understand the client's objectives and have an overview of the commercial content

Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

Ability to work on guidelines and their outputs

Work with copywriters and creatives to produce the final design

Amend designs after feedback

Review junior designers' work to ensure high quality

Teamwork

Ensure client's objectives and guidelines are met and followed

Maintain proper documentation and assets management and handovers

Follow project deadlines, time allocation, and ensure a daily timesheet submission
