The role involves developing and conducting effective training programs to boost employee competencies and improve workplace performance in alignment with Amazon’s core values. Responsibilities

• Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for the assigned territory and region.
• Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory.
• Conduct learning sessions on new processes as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning; deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
• Maintain data and analysis through reports in Excel as per business requirements.
• Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time.
• Partner with operations leaders during station audits to check process compliance and address gaps immediately.
• Identify learning coaches and certify them.
• Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
• Drive quality and learning metrics.
• Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders.
