Training Specialist

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze training needs. Develop and implement the annual training plan and ensure proper follow-up. Design and prepare training materials (presentations, manuals, assessments). Coordinate and organize internal and external training programs. Maintain training records, document employee attendance, and evaluate post-training performance. Collaborate with external training providers and ensure the quality of delivered programs. Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in training and development. Strong skills in preparing and delivering presentations to audiences. Fluency in English (bilingual candidates are preferred). Ability to use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills. Seniority level
