IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and resolve day-to-day IT issues (Level 1 & 2 support).
• Install, maintain, and update hardware and software systems.
• Manage the internal network and ensure stable internet and server connectivity.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity and recovery procedures.
• Monitor information security and protect systems against viruses and cybersecurity threats.
• Manage user accounts, emails, and system access (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365).
• Coordinate with external service providers for major outages or infrastructure expansion.
• Prepare regular reports on system performance, issues, and proposed solutions.
• Assist in improving IT operations and suggest innovative technical solutions.
• Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed within the organizatio
