Role Purpose :

Achieves the business / service goals for an assigned area and for a multi-functional operation, by effectively managing resources and processes to achieve the required results, whilst consistently ensuring operational compliance with company standards and relevant regulatory requirements of the country.

Focuses on developing and applying the competencies needed to provide service excellence, including the leadership skills needed to promote the company philosophy and engage and develop a motivated Team who deliver the required results.

Key Activities

Leadership and People Management

• Uses structured processes and agreed best practice methods to recruit, select and develop Professional and front-line employees performing multiple functions.
• Ensures they have the capability and tools to deliver results for the company and the Customer. On-going responsibilities include, achieve optimum performance levels by clearly communicating company and local requirements, including individual and team performance expectations and targets. Uses approved tools to set and manage performance and ensure goal achievement.
