Overview

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of products, processes, and systems within the organization. This role includes overseeing quality control staff, conducting inspections, maintaining compliance with standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of quality control methods, tools, and standards, such as ISO 9001 or similar frameworks. Proficiency in using quality inspection equipment and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster collaboration. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality assurance techniques. Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and data analysis tools.
