Senior Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of a 5-star hotel and residential tower, ensuring luxury, functionality, and sustainability in line with client expectations and industry standards.
• Oversee all phases of the project, from concept development to construction, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure integrated and cohesive project delivery.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
• Manage client relationships, presenting design concepts, updates, and addressing concerns or feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the construction process aligns with the design intent and specifications.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable practices to enhance the project's design and functionality.
• Ensure the project's design is aligned with the brand’s identity and the overall vision for luxury living and hospitality experiences.
• Foster a culture of creativity by encouraging innovative design solutions that elevate the project’s architectural quality and user experience.
• Lead the integration of sustainable design practices into the project, focusing on energy efficiency, resource conservation, and environmental impact reduction.
• Ensure all designs comply with health and safety regulations, accessibility standards, and other legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Actively participate in the construction process by coordinating with contractors and addressing any issues that arise during the execution phase to maintain design integrity.
• Engage with various stakeholders, including local communities, government officials, and clients, to gather input and ensure alignment with project objectives and community standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to develop cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality or aesthetics.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the design and construction phases to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Oversee the preparation and management of comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving complex architectural challenges and ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct research on emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies, and incorporate relevant findings into project designs to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts, project progress, and updates while effectively communicating the vision and benefits of the project.
• Facilitate collaboration among various disciplines, including landscape architecture, urban planning, and interior design, to create cohesive and integrated design solutions.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring that any challenges are addressed promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
