Job descriptionBilling : Invoice dispatch via Mail / Portal / Postal methods Collections : Track and follow up on overdue customer accounts Cash Management : Monitor and reconcile cash invoice transactions Customer Setup : Create new customers and prepare quotations Revenue Review : Analyze unbilled revenue accounts
Core Responsibilities
- Invoice Management : Review, post, and dispatch customer invoices
- Collections : Follow up on overdue accounts and manage customer relationships
- Cash Application : Reconcile AR ledger and apply cash receipts
- Customer Service : Handle new customer setup and quotation requests
- Revenue Tracking : Monitor cash transactions for Jisr, Batha, and Operations
- Statement Processing : Prepare and submit monthly customer statements
- Revenue Recognition : Review unbilled revenue accounts
- Deposits : Ensure refunds for container deposits timely
