Immigration Attorney

An Immigration Attorney is responsible for providing legal assistance and advice to clients seeking immigration-related services. This includes assisting clients with obtaining visas, green cards, and citizenship, as well as representing them in court or immigration hearings. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the legal system and be able to navigate complex immigration laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal consultation and assistance to clients seeking immigration-related services
• Assess and review client's eligibility for various immigration options
• Prepare and submit necessary documents for visa applications, green card applications, and citizenship applications
• Represent clients in court or immigration hearings when necessary
• Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and policies
• Communicate with government agencies on behalf of clients
• Maintain accurate records of client cases and updates on their status
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements

This is a full-time position located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. We are specifically looking for Indian candidates who have a biometric passport. Students with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
