Job descriptionOwn and grow a pipeline of mid-to-large B2B clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region Conduct prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person networking Understand client needs and demonstrate how Wellbees can address key HR and well-being challenges Lead the entire sales cycle : discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success for a seamless client journey Attend and represent Wellbees at relevant industry events and conferences Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients Working remotely Computer equipment applicable to your role Additional perks and benefits based upon your employment status and country Dynamic work ecosystem where you can take initiative and responsibility Enjoyable team / company activities Opportunity to take responsibility from day one, improve your skills and learn continuously Open communication, teamwork, and strong company culture Strong focus on talent, not titles! What You'll Bring With You
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or technology solutions
- Fluent in Arabic and English – both written and verbal
- Currently residing in Jeddah
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in leading discovery calls, product demos, and closing deals
- Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM tools is a plus
- Passion for HR tech, wellness, and fast-paced environments
