Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will lead the company’s overall strategy, growth, and operations driving digital innovation in the financial marketplace sector while ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations and achieving profitability and scalability goals.

Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term goals.
• Lead overall business operations to achieve financial and growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Develop scalable business models and drive digital innovation.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing executive team.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Represent the company as the chief spokesperson and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions.
