Customer / Project Delivery Assistant

Overview of Role The Customer Delivery Assistant supports the Project Manager and Customer Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Customer Communication & Coordination

Liaise with end users and manage expectations

Prepare and deliver civil work requirement documents

Align installation logistics (e.g., cranes, forklifts)

Address IT integration needs

Project Documentation & Planning

Maintain project plans (Gantt charts)

Consolidate project documentation

Ensure accurate shipping documentation

Site & Installation Management

Approve site drawings and civil works

Manage installation teams and subcontractors

Oversee installation and ensure final acceptance

Integration & Handover

Document integration processes with third-party software

Support service team post-handover

Qualifications

Strong communication skills

Experience managing multiple projects

Knowledge of IT and complex systems

Installation project experience preferred

Willingness to travel

Experience with multi-agency and government clients

IT / Software degree or background

APMP, PRINCE2, or similar PM qualification preferred

Degree / HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering ideal

Additional experience in H&S, QA, or process development is a plus

Fluency in Arabic is essential
