Warehouse Supervisor

Overview

Job Purpose : Manage and lead a team of warehouse and logistics operations and inbound in order to ensure timely and accurate processing of demands. Responsibilities

Work in safe manner and follow safety policies (Mandatory) Ensure effective and timely implementation of all warehouse operations Develop and initiate monthly reports Supervise a team of technicians and operators Support inventory management Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages Plan and arrange logistics required transportation Support simplification, Standardization, and Industrialization (SSI) Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvements Strong knowledge in SAP and warehouse management system Qualifications / Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / FORMAL EDUCATION :

CEFR CA or Greater English Communication Skills University degree in logistics or equivalent experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

8 years Warehouse and logistic Experience, 2 to 3 years as WH & Logistics Coordinator / Lead

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S) :

Certified Planning and Inventory Management. (Good to have)

REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS :

Effective communication skills

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND / OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS :

Highly technical problem-solving skills

REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE :

Wellhead equipment knowledge
