Inbound Supervisor

Job Overview :

The Inbound Supervisor oversees and manages the inbound operations of vehicles arriving from ports or suppliers to the stockyard. The role ensures vehicles are received, inspected, and recorded accurately and efficiently, with all necessary system and documentation updates completed. This position is also responsible for managing claims, tracking inbound KPIs, and enforcing safety protocols while coordinating closely with procurement, inventory, and transportation teams.

Job Responsibilities :

Inbound Process Management

• Supervise receiving activities for all incoming vehicles (local & new shipments).
• Ensure accurate checking, receiving, and documentation of vehicles (chassis number, model, condition, damage, and missing items) upon arrival.
• Ensure timely unloading, verification, system updates, and documentation of inbound inspection.
• Coordinate with transport teams to schedule deliveries.
• Managing all claim types for the vehicles received at the stockyard and update stakeholders.
• Track and report KPIs such as lead time for inbound inspection, and vehicles transfers to storage location performance.
