Competitive Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Bellboy to join the team at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. As a Bellboy, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. What you will be doing as a Bellboy :

Greet guests upon arrival at Fraser Suites Riyadh. Assist guests with their luggage. Receive keys from the Front Desk and escort guests to their suites; transfer luggage accordingly. Introduce guests to their rooms following the 'Check-In' procedures. Assist departing guests by transporting luggage to the lobby or vehicle. Report any unusual incidents or suspicious activity to your supervisor. Complete assigned tasks and report to your supervisor. Deliver VIP requisitions and laundry services to guest rooms. Arrange car rentals for guests. Respond to guest inquiries about hotel facilities and local attractions. Store guest luggage securely and record items under hotel care. Financial Responsibilities :

Ensure availability of Hotel Fact Sheets for guest information. Obtain clearance from Reception regarding billing before guest departure. What we’re looking for :
