Responsibilities
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability across multiple food and beverage outlets. Team Leadership : Manage a team of restaurant managers, chefs, and service staff. Inspire and motivate them to deliver outstanding service. Quality Control : Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of food and beverages. Financial Management : Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. Compliance : Adhere to health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company policies. Guest Relations : Foster positive relationships with guests, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly. and other tasks assigned by the company. Skills
Experience : Minimum 3 years in food and beverage management, including multi-unit oversight. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and develop teams. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with industry trends, menu development, and operational best practices. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
