Riyadh , KSA. This role reports directly to the

GM, Batteries and Lead Products . Summary :

Monitor health and safety for the business unit, identify unsafe behaviors or violations, assess risks, design mitigation strategies, manage and train safety staff, investigate incidents, and prepare safety reports. Responsibilities include : Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Review site compliance and act as a resource for SHE issues. Propose SHE improvements, corrective actions, and oversee their implementation. Coordinate with government agencies and ensure inspections are handled properly. Lead safety meetings, training, and emergency drills. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and suggest preventive measures. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain documentation. Supervise safety equipment inspections and emergency procedures. Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions. Develop and review safety policies and standards. Ensure contractor compliance and conduct safety inductions for personnel. Establish safe work procedures and monitor their implementation. Coordinate safety training programs and maintain safety records. Minimum Qualifications :

Engineering degree in a relevant field, NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001 certifications. Minimum Experience :

2-3 years in health and safety roles. Skills & Knowledge :

Excellent communication, report writing, proficiency in MS Office, bilingual in English and Arabic, understanding of manufacturing risks, safety procedures, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance. Additional Details :
