Overview
We are seeking a seasoned OT / ICS Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide strategic advisory support on a part-time basis. With 12-15+ years of experience, the SME will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy, service design, and client engagement for our OT / ICS cybersecurity offerings. The SME will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with global best practices and regional regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities
Serve as the domain expert for OT / ICS cybersecurity services, advising on service design, delivery, and operating models. Lead go-to-market strategy development, including pricing, value proposition, and commercial toolkits. Drive the creation of executive-level sales collateral, proposals, and sector-specific narratives. Benchmark services against global and regional standards (ISA / IEC 62443, NIST CSF) and align offerings with regulatory requirements (NCA, SAMA, NDMO, ZATCA). Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders in large organizations, particularly in energy, utilities, and regulated industries. Mentor core team members and contribute to capability building. Provide thought leadership in shaping our OT / ICS cybersecurity portfolio. Qualifications
12-15+ years of experience in OT / ICS cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or leadership roles. Demonstrated expertise in service design, go-to-market strategy, and commercial structuring. Proven track record of engaging with senior executives and decision-makers. Deep knowledge of global standards and local regulatory frameworks. Experience in energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors is highly desirable. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
