Electronic Products (Smart Metering Solutions) Role Purpose : To perform preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, and servicing of electronic equipment. The technician will support post-installation services, fault diagnosis, repairs, troubleshoot and ensure minimal downtime of products delivered to clients. Key Responsibilities : 1. Maintenance & Repair Diagnose and repair faults in electronic components. Perform periodic preventive maintenance of electronic systems and test instruments. Calibrate and test devices such as multimeters, relays, timers, and measuring tools. Replace or repair damaged wiring, circuit boards, switches, and other components. 2. Testing & Troubleshooting Conduct routine functional and safety tests on assembled products. Identify root causes of electronic failures and implement corrective actions. Use tools such as oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and power analyzers during troubleshooting. 3. Technical Support & Reporting Assist in product installation and commissioning activities at client sites. Prepare maintenance / service reports and documentation for every completed job. Provide technical feedback to the production and quality teams for improvement. 4. Compliance & Safety Adhere to safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards during maintenance work. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and PPE. Comply with ISO and internal quality system documentation procedures. Qualifications & Skills : Education : Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Electronics and Control or a related discipline. Experience : Minimum

2–7 years

of hands-on experience in electronic product maintenance. Prior experience working with Smart Metering Solutions (Water Meter, Electrical Meter, Digital Meter etc.) Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of testing and diagnostic tools (multimeters, insulation testers, etc.) Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with systems and low / medium voltage equipment. Basic knowledge of PLCs and relay logic is a plus. Soft Skills : Good communication and customer service orientation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Capable of working independently or as part of a field service team. Language : Arabic (preferred but not mandatory) Seniority level
