Senior Manager - Governance (Roads) ( Del 419)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Governance specializing in Roads to guide our governance efforts in the development of vital infrastructure projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that all governance processes align with our strategic objectives and legal requirements, ultimately enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our road initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Establish governance frameworks specifically for road development projects, ensuring alignment with national standards and Qiddiya’s goals.
• Monitor compliance with local regulations and internal policies throughout the lifecycle of road projects.
• Coordinate governance reviews and audits for ongoing and upcoming road initiatives.
• Develop training programs to promote governance best practices among stakeholders involved in road projects.
• Engage with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability in road governance.
• Prepare and present reports on governance performance and compliance status to senior management.
