Your Role

As a Design Lead at frog, you will guide multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver impactful, human-centered experiences. You will manage and mentor designers, leading streams of work end-to-end, and collaborate closely with clients to shape product and service visions. This role calls for strong leadership, a well-rounded understanding of product — from research and strategy through to production — and the ability to manage and inspire both stakeholders and your team.

• Lead streams of work within larger programs, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely delivery
• Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and design reviews with bilingual (Arabic / English) communication when needed. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create integrated solutions
• Champion human-centered design principles and ensure they are embedded in all deliverables
• Translate complex insights and requirements into clear design direction
• Act as a cultural bridge between teams and clients in the GCC / MENA context
• Contribute to proposals and business development when required
