Job descriptionTrack and report on cost controls, revenue flows, and financial KPIs Ensure budget adherence and highlight variances impacting operational targets Lead scheduling, resource planning, and discipline protocols across operational functions Implement continuous improvement initiatives through KPI analysis and strategic reviews Manage and optimise outputs from support departments and outsourced providers Maintain service-level agreements and audit vendor performance regularly Supervise workshop operations and total quality management processes Enforce risk mitigation, security SOPs, and compliance with safety indicators Minimum 3-5 years in operations, logistics, or transport management Higher Diploma in Transport, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong leadership experience managing teams of 50+ across varying service functions Proficient in systems and computer literacy, including reporting and monitoring tools Demonstrated experience with audits, safety management, and cost control Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills Familiarity with GCC or port authority regulations preferred Fluent in English (Arabic language skills a plus)
