• A Day in the Life
• The Field Service Engineer is responsible for all aspects of equipment support performed at customer sites or before delivery, and to ensure that it is completed in compliance with all company policies and standard operating procedures. This will include, pre-installation checks, system installation / commissioning, planned maintenance, troubleshooting, assessment, and breakdown repair.

The Field Service Engineer is the main contact point with the local customers and the local commercial team for all Service and Repair related queries.

For this role, you will be expected to be located in Madinah, as a part of APS (Arabian Peninsula States) Region and might support other regions within Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) if needed.

Proficient in reporting, data analysis, and documentation, with knowledge of SAP and ServiceMax service management tools.
