procedures and enhance customer service. This position in

Western Region, Saudi Arabia

aims to assist our customers in delivering top-tier procedural solutions. What You Will Do

Manage complex projects and cases from start to finish, providing expert solutions and fostering clinical innovation across teams. Prepare for surgical cases, audit theatre stock (implants, disposables, instruments), manage inventory, and ensure optimal stock utilization. Attend surgeries and support both existing and new customers in theatre and clinical settings, ensuring exceptional support and care. Conduct product trials and evaluations, deliver training to healthcare professionals, and organize workshops and training sessions. Plan and monitor activities to achieve outstanding customer service, ensuring accurate documentation for invoicing. Collaborate with team members and the Regional Manager to uphold service excellence and provide product feedback for improvements. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professionalism, effectively communicating features, benefits, and clinical applications. Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for timely product delivery, stock management, and customer requirements. What You Need

Required :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medical, biomedical, or related fields. At least 4 years of relevant clinical support experience. Experience in clinical and theatre environments. Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English. Valid KSA driving license. Preferred :

Experience with implants, orthopedics, or disposables.
