This role requires coordination of multiple stakeholders, adherence to project timelines and budgets, and ensuring delivery of high-quality commercial real estate development outcomes.## Key Responsibilities### Project Management & Execution
• Lead end-to-end project management for property development and space planning initiatives
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements### Stakeholder Management
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, investors, and internal teams
• Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates
• Manage vendor relationships and contractor performance
• Coordinate with leasing teams, property management, and other JLL service lines### Financial & Risk Management
• Track project budgets and financial performance
• Process invoices and change orders
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Prepare financial reports and variance analysis### Quality Assurance & Delivery
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control reviews
• Ensure projects meet design specifications and client requirements
• Manage project closeout activities and documentation
• Facilitate smooth handover to operations teams## Required Qualifications### Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience in commercial real estate or construction
• PMP certification preferred### Technical Skills
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Knowledge of construction processes and building systems
• Understanding of commercial real estate development lifecycle
• Experience with CAD software and space planning tools### Core Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment## Preferred Qualifications
• LEED accreditation
• Experience with JLL systems and processes
• Previous client-facing role experience
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
