Minimum Qualifications

9+ years of IT delivery or project management experience, 3–5 years working with government-related entities or projects.

Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP).
Agile / Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe).
ITIL certification for service management.
Strong leadership and team management.
