Key Responsibilities
Overseedailyoperationsacross retailorentertainmentbranches ,driving higherservicequality and branchefficiency .Verify SOPchecklists ,review qualityreports ,andresolveoperationalanomaliestoensure processreliability andreduceweaklinks.Monitorandanalyze keyperformanceindicators(KPIs) toassessoperationalhealthandimproveeffectiveness.Leadfull-cycle processimprovementinitiatives : Design→Deploy→Measure→Refine .Identifyandeliminate unnecessaryOPEXcosts ,boostingoverallperformance.Foster teamsynergy ,enhanceindividualandcollectiveperformance,andcultivate culturalalignment acrossbranches.Collaboratecloselywith branchmanagers , visualmerchandisingteams ,and qualityassurancedepartments tomaintainoperationalexcellence.Conduct staffappraisals ,enforceperformancestandards,andsupportongoingdevelopment.Spearhead rolloutsofnewserviceconcepts andcontributetosmooth branchopeningsandexpansions .Utilize Agileframeworks andtoolslike ASANA tomanagetasks,trackprogress,anddriveaccountability.Important Application Notice
