Managing the maintenance activities of industrial equipment, including preventive and corrective programs, ensuring high equipment availability and operational efficiency. Work Location

Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Key Accountabilities

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot failures. Manage and supervise maintenance technicians. Analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure timely availability of spare parts and maintenance tools. Develop and update maintenance SOPs and checklists. Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and equipment history. Enforce safety compliance and support asset reliability programs. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 4–6 years of relevant experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is preferred. Preferred experience in shutdowns and turnaround projects or similar industrial operations. Knowledge of root cause analysis and equipment reliability practices. Strong diagnostic and technical reporting skills.
