The Senior Director of Planning Data & Analytics at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy through data-driven insights and analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy for the marketing department, which drives performance and enhances marketing effectiveness.
• Oversee the collection, integration, and analysis of marketing performance data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in reporting.
• Lead a team of data analysts to build predictive models, conduct market research, and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear insights that drive decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and finance teams to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate marketing performance, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of marketing investments.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing team, encouraging the use of analytics in everyday decision‑making.
• Drive the integration of advanced analytics tools and technologies to streamline operations and enhance marketing effectiveness.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of using data and insights to drive marketing strategy and performance.
• Strong expertise in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in the entertainment, tourism, or consumer goods industries is a plus.
