Overview Title :
Business Development Director (NAO Leader for MEA region) — Domain : Telecom
Infosys is hiring a NAO Leader for the MEA region to focus on hunting and implement pro-active new business development activities for the Communications, Media, and Entertainment (CME) domain. The NAO Leader / Sales Director will grow net new business and the enterprise account pipeline in CME, developing sales strategies in coordination with project teams. A strong sales hunter will help the team develop value propositions based on opportunities in CME enterprises.
Responsibilities
Identify and open new accounts in the CME space
Be the face of Infosys to the market and position Infosys as an industry leader and trusted advisor
Leverage Infosys capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals, and service lines to develop solutions addressing client business problems
Required Qualifications
Extensive sales experience with strong domain knowledge
Understanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore / outsourcing) and large deal experience
Minimum of 10 years of relevant business development experience selling IT services
Proven track record of interacting with CXOs of leading organizations
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
History of achieving / overachieving sales targets
Experience in software contract negotiations
Experience with competitor mapping and SWAT analysis
Ability to define ground-breaking solutions within abstract environments
Well-networked within the IT services industry and the CME vertical
Ability to identify upcoming RFPs / deals by networking with key client partners
