Scope and Purpose :

• Provide onsite technical support for Banknote Processing Systems installed at customer premises.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and establish strong relationships with customer operational teams through technical expertise and reliability.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of intralogistics components, including fault diagnosis and basic troubleshooting, in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Handle and troubleshoot components such as electronics, sensors, motors, PLCs, drives, CAN bus, and Profinet systems.
• Manage mechanical components including rollers, conveyors, belts, and bearings, ensuring optimal performance through regular maintenance and issue resolution.
• Execute software backups and perform system upgrades as required.
