Job descriptionالإشراف على عمليات المتجر لضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة وتحقيق المبيعات والربحية. متابعة المخزون والصيانة والتأكد من التزام المتجر بمعايير العلامة التجارية. رصد احتياجات العملاء واتجاهات السوق ومنافسي العلامة لتحسين الأداء. إعداد جداول عمل الموظفين وتنظيم المهام اليومية لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة. إعداد تقارير شاملة عن المبيعات، المخزون، وإنتاجية الفريق لدعم اتخاذ القرار. توظيف، تدريب، وتحفيز الفريق لضمان الأداء الأمثل وتحقيق أهداف المتجر.
Overview
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمتجر، إدارة المخزون وضمان توافر المنتجات، استقبال العملاء والتعامل مع استفساراتهم وشكاواهم وبناء علاقات ولاء، المحافظة على مظهر المتجر ونظافته وترتيب المنتجات وفق معايير العلامة التجارية، توظيف وتدريب وتحفيز الفريق، متابعة اتجاهات المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء وإعداد التقارير، والتأكد من الالتزام بالتراخيص ووثائق الموظفين واللوائح المحلية.
المسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمتجر وضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة وتحقيق المبيعات والربحية.
- إدارة المخزون وضمان توافر المنتجات وصيانتها والالتزام بمعايير العلامة التجارية.
- استقبال العملاء والتعامل مع استفساراتهم وشكاواهم وبناء علاقات ولاء.
- الحفاظ على مظهر المتجر ونظافته وترتيب المنتجات وفق معايير العلامة التجارية.
- توظيف، وتدريب وتحفيز الفريق لضمان الأداء الأمثل وتحقيق أهداف المتجر.
- متابعة اتجاهات المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء وإعداد التقارير.
- التأكد من الالتزام بالتراخيص ووثائق الموظفين واللوائح المحلية.
