Objective Ensure the fastest development of profitable sales growth within the market in all channels in line with GROHE’s Mission.
The primary purpose of the role is to achieve annual sales targets, drive the increase in market share within this sector and enhance the geographical presence of Grohe within the region.
Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Primary Responsibilities
- Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of the Country results and leadership of the organization.
- Carry out his responsibilities in delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
- Carry out his / her responsibilities in delivering his / her Project Channel Sales Mission assigned for the Country’s Market in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
- Drive the Grohe specifications process in all the main consultants’ offices.
- Project management – write and maintain project specifications within Grohe project system.
- Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, and ensure local implementation is in full compliance with corporate guideline.
- Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Identify key channels and targets in region for project business by :
- Sub Channel A : Hospitality with the Primary Target being Hotel Architects / Designers
- Sub Channel B : Residential with the Primary Target being Architects & Developers
- Sub Channel C : Health Care with the Primary Target being Architects and Owners
- Sub Channel D : Commercial with the Primary Target being Architects & Developers
- Forecast accurate projects sales by month, quarter, and year.
- Maintain professional relationship with designers and architectures in the country.
- Develop and maintain data base / records of all key project contacts in region as required and prepare report for senior management and Product update for project customers.
Qualifications And Education
Bachelor's degree in architecture, MBA (is a plus)Fluent written and spoken English - Arabic is a MUST, good command of other languages to be considered a plus.Experience
Around 2-4 years of experience in a comparable positionDemonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment whilst maintaining Grohe’s quality and reputation for excellence.Seniority level
