to lead our spa team at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea.

Location The new Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea will be located on Shura Island, offering 149 rooms and suites, six dining outlets, a marine discovery centre, extensive leisure facilities, and a full‑service spa.

Role Overview The Assistant Spa Manager assists in leading the spa department, supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, and contributing to operational decisions and treatment development.

Responsibilities

Supervise the spa team, ensuring consistent application of company standards.

Participate in operational decisions, retail management, and treatment or concept development.

Interview, train, schedule, and monitor employee performance; implement discipline when necessary.

Keep accurate records and statistics on spa department employees.

Actively engage in employee relations activities and programmes; promote harmony between departments.

Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, hygiene, and adherence to hotel and department appearance standards.

Develop operation manuals and training programs to grow team members and service levels.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years’ experience in hotel operations with at least one year in a supervisory / management role.

Knowledge of property management systems required; Opera and Delphi knowledge preferred.

Strong business and work ethic.

Degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.

Ability to establish rapport quickly and positively.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel / environment will receive priority consideration.
