• Perform design and development of Oracle applications according to project requirements.
• Design, code, and maintain modules based on established standards.
• Understand project requirements and develop detailed design specifications.
• Conduct initial design reviews and recommend improvements.
• Write clear, efficient code and prepare coding documentation.
• Develop Oracle Forms and Reports required for modules.
• Develop database packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Responsible for database design, application tuning, and optimization.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner.
• Modify existing code to optimize performance of Oracle applications.
• Develop and support modules such as Planning & Budget, Warehouse Management, Self-Service HR, and integration with Stock Management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Developer Suite (Forms & Reports 6i / 10g / 11g).
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, XML, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with Toad and SQL Developer for development and debugging.
• Knowledge of Dot Net Framework (ASP.NET, VB.NET) and Java (J2SE).
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
