Waiter (Saudi Only)

To deliver exceptional service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, efficient order taking, and accurate food & beverage service. The Waiter will represent Al Khozama’s high standards of hospitality and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences during the pre-opening and operational phases of the café. Job Responsibilities

Delivering food & Drinks orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g., food allergies) Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards Remove dirty dishes and utensils Assist Waiters to reset tables Ensure permanent flow of side stations filling all along shift Answer guests’ questions about ingredients To observe the Company’s rules and procedures and carry out any reasonable request made by their Manager, Supervisor, or the Duty Manager. To be aware of your responsibilities in respect of health and safety at work, following all procedures in this respect and reporting to management any hazardous situation or accident. To attend training sessions and team meetings as required and to be involved and contribute to these. Qualifications

One to Two years of prior experience with the same position. Valid Municipality Card. Seniority level
