Waiter (Saudi Only)

To deliver exceptional service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, efficient order taking, and accurate food & beverage service. The Waiter will represent Al Khozama’s high standards of hospitality and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences during the pre-opening and operational phases of the café.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering food & Drinks orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
• Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
• Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g., food allergies)
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils
• Assist Waiters to reset tables
• Ensure permanent flow of side stations filling all along shift
• Answer guests’ questions about ingredients
• To observe the Company’s rules and procedures and carry out any reasonable request made by their Manager, Supervisor, or the Duty Manager.
• To be aware of your responsibilities in respect of health and safety at work, following all procedures in this respect and reporting to management any hazardous situation or accident.
• To attend training sessions and team meetings as required and to be involved and contribute to these.
