Channel Account Manager - Eastern Region - KSA
Maintains a close relationship with the Government, finance accounts and creating / following-up on any leads that suggest potential business for InfoTech, as well as performs sales activities starting from convincing the client of InfoTech's ability to meet his requirements, negotiating and finally closing the deal.
Responsibilities
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a proven track record in efficiently navigating sales cycles and closing business.
- Achieves sales targets to meet the expected sales volumes / revenues.
- Manage Government key accounts to ensure superior service and customer loyalty.
- Solid understanding of leading technologies related to IT industry.
- Ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through discussions and presentations.
- Provide market / competitor intelligence and customer feedback for formulating sales plans and tactics.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential customers.
- Generates leads and opportunities from various sources and follow up till closure.
- Evaluates customers' needs and explains the solutions and services that meet their needs.
- Promotes Abdulla Fouad’s offerings to existing and prospective clients.
- Quoting, negotiating prices, terms and conditions, and recording orders in AF CRM and ERP.
- Facilitates the delivery of materials, projects, services …etc.
- Reports to sales management on sales made and the marketability.
- Prepares proper sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Following up with clients to ensure their feedback and satisfaction.
- Prepares sales reports and maintains the sales pipeline.
- Performs another task as assigned by the Regional Manager.
