EHS Supervisor

Reporting to : Factory General Manager / Group EHS Director Job Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities

Establish and improve the factory EHS management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment; implement effective control measures. Carry out daily EHS inspections, identify potential hazards, and supervise corrective actions. Develop and implement emergency response plans; organize fire, spill, and accident drills. Manage occupational injury and accident investigations; prepare reports and ensure CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Ensure compliance of wastewater, air emissions, and solid waste with Saudi regulations and MODON requirements. Organize and deliver EHS training and awareness programs for employees. Coordinate government inspections (MHRSD, MODON, GOSI, CCHI) and client audits. Prepare and submit regular EHS performance reports to the Factory GM and HQ. Promote a “Zero Accident, Zero Violation” safety culture across the factory. Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. Experience : Minimum 5 years of EHS experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Certifications : NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 45001 / 14001 Internal Auditor certificates preferred. Skills : Strong knowledge of Saudi and international EHS regulations; proficient in risk management and incident investigation. Language : Good command of Chinese and English; Arabic is an advantage. Working Conditions

Combination of office and workshop environment; frequent shop floor inspections required. Exposure to high temperature, noise, and dust; strict PPE compliance required. Overtime, emergency duty, and participation in external audits may be required. Performance Evaluation
