Job Description
Responsible for developing, reviewing, and improving organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards, and to support the achievement of business objectives efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Should have worked in AMERICAN CONTRACT TRANSLATION
- Draft and develop new policies and procedures and update existing ones in line with organizational requirements and relevant laws.
- Review and analyze current policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and development.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper understanding and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Monitor organizational and legal changes and make necessary updates to policies accordingly.
- Provide support and training to employees on approved policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports on policy compliance and submit recommendations to management.
- Participate in working committees or projects related to the development of internal governance and quality control.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in English Translation Business Administration, Law, or a related field.Minimum 3 years experience in defining and updating the polices & procedures.Previous experience in policies and procedures or organizational governance.Strong analytical skills and ability to draft formal documents.Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to the sector.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Seniority level
